Of Night and Dreams

Trisagia smiles upon my brow
As I drift into my fantasies
And as the night keeps pressing on
Her brilliant light keeps me at ease

Beneath the Moonlit sky I've slept
And in Dream's caress, conjured anew
Inspiration for my very best
Works of art rivaled by few

Fear not the dark of Twilight's cloak
For Mother Moon cleaves Night in Twain
And the Lady of Dreams grants you such sight
That in waking you cannot obtain

When morning comes, the blazing Sun
Will drive the endless black away
While Lady Moon will take Her leave
And the Dream will slowly fade

Give yourself unto the night
Basque beneath the Silv'ry Beams
Know that anything can come to pass
As you travel the Realm of Dreams

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Aeguary, in the year 507 AF.
