Dreams

A god spoke to me once, in my dreams
Dismayed in my life, as it seems.
He told me to dress all in white
Expected me to obey, without a fight.

I told him clear that i would not
That I am not part of his devious plot.
I would not listen and give in like that
Black is my friend, like a lady to her cat

He stood right up and look me down
A knowing gaze and twisted frown
then suddenly he changed, his eyes with a gleam
And said "Good job, this is only a Dream"

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Scarlatan, in the year 476 AF.
