For Sarieno

Written by: Sylvani Ainera Distara-Eruu'yul, Daydreamer
Date: Friday, June 23rd, 2006
Addressed to: Penguin Recruit Sarieno Kindfire, Slave to the Oya

We watched the sun set together you and I,
No words were needed, just the clear evening sky.
The clouds, crisp air and coming of night
Were louder than all any author could write

The first time your hand gently grazed mine,
I felt from within, a stirring sublime.
Like the gentle ripples atop Vundamere lake,
kissed by the breeze, my heart you did wake.

My sweet Sarieno, my comfort, my knight
Your love pierced through the dark and filled me with light.
Until the sun is no longer and the stars do not shine,
My love will last until then end of time.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Chronos, in the year 424 AF.
