Sorrow of the Willow Poem

An old man kneels by the shore,
Having little but wanting more,
Lamenting on what he lacks,
Waving goodbye to life, but it doesnt wave back
Through his veins, hope seeps
Trying to heal poverty, but the cut is too deep,
And so the old man watches time fly by,
Mourning till the day he dies
But his corpse still kneels by the shore,
Having none and wanting no more

Depressing poems rock!

-yes i did make that up
