Ophilia, the botanist of Cyrene

Ophilia (Haiku)

Silk coral petals
Adorn spring's infant blooms, yet
Ne'er blush as sweetly

Ophilia (Limerick)

The botanist of our fair City
Though gifted and rustically pretty
Lacks the command
Of supply and demand
What she'll pay for an orchid's a pity

Ophilia (Acrostic)

On torpid nights in summer
Passing between high peaks
Her sun kissed skin reflects the moon glow.
In winter, she remains
Locked away in humid green rooms
Investing time in rich blooms
Awaiting the departure of the crisp white snow.

Ophilia (Cinquain)

Leather
Her skin is hide
Unlike the flower pale
And mud-smeared is her tattered garb
Earthy

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Scarlatan, in the year 403 AF.
