Your Greatness, My Apology

What are you but idol to all!
What are you but immortal and great,
What are you but mighty and tall,
What are you but a master of fate!

Your power majestic, your power divine,
This world you look down upon, this world you behold,
Its beauties you see, like the mountain snow line,
To you we owe thanks, for these beauties untold!

My lord your greatness is not self-proclaimed,
My lord your greatness no one distrusts,
My lord your greatness tis greatly famed,
My lord your greatness in it everyone trusts.

To you my lord I do humbly repent,
To you my lord many thanks and merriment!

For you my lord I hope you accept this humble work from an ageing Dwarf.
