Una, the Bards' Guild tutor

Written by: The Bard of Light and Shadow, Corwin al'Dejan-Wildfang, Lyricist
Date: Wednesday, June 22nd, 2005
Addressed to: Everyone

Una, will I ever see a winsome smile?
What am I to do?
Although my skills cannot be improved
I'm not good enough for you.

Does your grumpy manner
Disguise the love inside?
You set my heart a-flutter,
As across the floor you glide.

You treat us all with the same disdain
Your eyes a narrow slit
As you bring us crashing, to our knees,
With your harsh and biting wit.

Una, Mistress of our Hall
Whom no-one stands above
Teach me what I need to know
Trans me in your love.

<The views expressed in this poem are not necessarily those of the
author, who is quite happy with his current platonic relationship with
Una.>

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Lupar, in the year 395 AF.
