Sonnet #2

Written by: Sonnetist Talkaze, Pauper of the Lichlords

Addressed to: Father Wulfen

Bearing a quick and intelligent mind,
The blackest of hearts and malicious zeal,
He glares down 'pon weakness with eyes unkind,
Ready to crush it beneath his heel.

He seeks not mortal desires, nor fortune, nor fame,
For he is of great wisdom and highest stature.
The Truths of the Lord he steadfastly proclaims,
Leading His servants to cruel rapture.

Some see him as Messiah, others as their demise,
He's an example of strength for all to behold,
He's the zenith of power that heathens depise,
And he'll still be at the top while all the rest fold.

And when the final coming of our Lord is nigh,
Father Wulfen will smile as He tears down the sky.

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Ero, in the year 393 AF.
