Slavery

Tonight, darling please
Give me your sweet reprieve

Yesterday's bruises still sting
Yet your praises are mine to sing

The paragon I so admire
As I burn in Love's hateful fires

My entire soul, you demand
I dare not go against your command

So I surrender to these cruel charms
Within the embrace of your strong arms

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Chronos, in the year 391 AF.
