A poetic pleading

I must ask, why, in this place,
The works must be all double-spaced.
The eye, I find, does fail to track,
When stanzas are thus markedly lacked.

And a stanza that's one line in length
Robs a poem of it's strength.
In addition, random forms

That flit
and fly
Twixt
several
NORMS

Distract from any singular wonders,
And nothing is there left save blunders.
