Ode on a beautiful woman

Written by: Halcyon Tiphareth Machiavelli

The left of me (as sinister aright)
Uncoupled gravity and inward breath
In day a manifest from eyes of night

Projected phantom draws with measured step
In patience measured years as moments [passed][past]
In patience measure fear as silence kept

With demons feeling slowly to the task
For crimson gentle hands within embrace
Deep-clouded fumes of hell hold iron grasp

Let blood and flesh to satisfy in taste
An effigy to burn in passon's blight
And cast the charr'ed husk among the waste

Return as ghastly fog from conquered plight
And sink within my lungs from action's sight

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Lupar, in the year 377 AF.
