Well, I've never been as extroverted as some... and I've been kind of
hesitant to share anything I've written, but I recently joined Lord
Scarlatti's Order, and He urged me to post some of my work. So... here

"Golden Silence"

Silence is golden
If gold hides its glimmer,
If gold tarnishes
And creates suspicision.

Silence is golden
If gold longs to be heard
But can't scream out what it feels
Or explain.

Silence is not golden
Unless gold slowly eats away at you,
Keeps secrets
And feelings of uneasiness.

Silver suits me fine.
