And Noone.

The World

The World be sharp in eye of youth
No hatred seen through orb anew.
Innocence becomes the dread
that is Naivetee.

The world be harmless in eye of he
Who hath no responsibility.
Idle hands doth tie the ends
that idle lips commence in urge.

The world be cruel in eye of she
who must sacrifice all.
Wings forsaken, life forgotten
Steam powered mechanical toy.

The world be a beast to they
Who grow brittle with wisdom.
Whose eyes foretell what orbs cannot
Whose bones crack

From spirits keening
in their ears.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Sarapin, in the year 358 AF.
