I can feel it.
creeping around the edges of my mind
a creature born of all the
tear soaked pillows
nagging voices
and cruel laughing faces
it has torn through my soul
and shattered my confidence
and still it lurks
around that corner
for my walls to shatter, and my mind to break
waiting
for it is the Beast
and it will destroy me
If I let it.
