Wandering through this empty night
Searching on for my one true light
Stumbling and falling as I go on
Without a clue as to where I've gone
Lost and forgotten like some abandoned child
Whos pain seeps into the ground of the wild
Love, to me, has flown away
Like a sunset on a stormy day
Perhaps one day my heart shall mend
When I reach the day of my journey's end
Dragging myself on, battered and broken
I look to you with a love unspoken
Those beautiful words, to my lips, are lost
Taken from me by love's cruel cost
One day, perhaps, I shall find a way
Then, those words once lost, to you I shall say
I care for you, and never will I let you fall
For I am here, forever awaiting you call
And so here I will wait
Till I pass on, through Thoth's dark gate
