A Small Devotion

Oh Demeter,
goddess of Groves and the Wildwood,
my heart sings for thee,
I am drawn to walk among the trees,
of your forests,
I desire to sleep below the forest eaves,
for it is where I draw my comfort,
there is no other place for me,
great goddess,
but within the majesty of your realm.

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Sarapin, in the year 323 AF.
