A Posed Riddle

This goes out to my (numerous) family, especially my parents Cosmos and
Page, my sister Alazuel and my brother Shayne, to all the Sorcerers, and
to Nwalya. You were all in mind when I penned this, for I love you all.
Quite obviously, though, in different ways. *faint smile* So, without
further ado, I present this particular poetic riddle and its answer.
A riddle: How do you bind
that which has no form?
How to chain
the grey mist of my soul,
floating, isolated, far above this world?
I was as a snowflake in a blizzard,
A falling leaf in an autumn forest,
drifting unnoticed amongst multitudes.
Until you, with outstretched hands,
caught me and drew me down,
gave me form,
tied me to the world with silken cord,
with these bonds of the heart.
For that is how you bind the formless:
You make it love you.
Penned by my hand on the 12th of Mayan, in the year 321 AF.
