Unrequited

Ladies, gentlemen, and Deities of Achaea, I am pleased to
announce the publication of my first book of poetry,
"Unrequited." It contains eight poems, occasionally auto-
biographical, that date as far back as my twelfth year;
some are soft and sweet, some are gloomy and brooding, one
is harsh and rageful.

In addition, "Unrequited" contains three poems written by
my uncle, Tancred Lasalle, including his two entries in
Achaea's first poetry contest. Of those two, "Final Resting
for Travian Shea" won the contest, earning him the first
Lasallian Lyre and the respect of the Logos. I do not claim
that my eight poems are worth the price of this book; but
I DO believe that "Final Resting for Travian Shea" is worth
the price of this book.

I will be placing two or three copies of "Unrequited" in
The Black Sun, one east of Southeast of Central Market in
Ashtan. In addition, I will be taking orders via tell,
message, or letter. If you order a book directly from me,
and are willing to pay half in advance to cover the price
of the journal, you will receive a twelfth bonus poem:
as much battle-rap as I can write in ten minutes, customized
to fit your affiliations, personality, or desires.

The price of this volume is 10,000 gold. So far, I have
sold editions to Shakti, Silverstorm, and Derk, and given
a complimentary copy to Eris, Goddess of Chaos --
if you're uncertain about the quality of the work,
I encourage you to ask them for their honest opinions.
Special note: Any Deities who would like a personalized
copy of this work need only provide me with a journal
I can edit. I would never try to make a profit off the Divine.

Josiah Lasalle, Combat Poet.

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Mayan, in the year 304 AF.
