Summary:

Tripartite quads escorting a Vessel transit and paired surveyors encountered a Vertan patrol. Minor conflict ensued.

(Note for Tribal record that the decision was made by interceptor commanding to shorten the transit with a crossing into the border zone. No engagement was intended, per her submitted report.)

Under the assault of Vertan House Jydav, Vessel #388 was deployed and Silentium lifted. While destruction was successfully wrought upon the remaining Jydav and Rakum by the Vessel, the patrol commander was disciplined and demoted for repeated unilateral field decisions that risked the lives of his command and, more importantly, the Vessel's safety.

Imperial Vertan has lodged a formal complaint to the Illythrin regarding our breach of the border line.

(Note for Tribal record that the Vertani were in breach of the border line when our patrol was found in breach.)
