An Itinerant Bazaar

Ostriches, jellied eels, toy sailboats, exotic flowers, and more strange
and rare goods were the fare for prospective buyers as they milled about
a makeshift bazaar set on the outskirts of the Sangre Plains. The
merchants had appeared mysteriously, unwilling to discuss their origins,
and their goods were selling fast.

Things seemed to be running smoothly, but for Kelath, keeper of the
beasts, it was becoming a struggle to keep his herd of Almathean goats
away from the larger mounts he was selling. As he juggled customers and
beasts alike, fate stepped in and the goats broke from his control,
stampeding across the Sangre Plains.

Kelath shouted offers of a reward for returning his goats, and the hunt
began. Tempting the kid goats with sweetgrass and nanny goats with
berries, adventurers led them back to Kelath's makeshift corral, with
Lethar Xanatov luring the prized buck back with another nanny goat. To
reward the young bard's efforts, Kelath presented Lethar with an
enchanted horn of plenty, which he explained would continually fill with
food, ensuring he would never go hungry again.

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Lupar, in the year 451 AF.
