Continuing then....the strike forces seize the Warlock's crystal with ease, and with that are able to easily locate the other crystals, which they seize. By the time people realize what is happening, the Sorcerer's crystal has also been seized, and no one is fast enough to defend the Magi's crystal, which is also taken.

So as things stand now, the three Master Crystals have been taken for a purpose which remains unclear.
