Apostasy
--------
* DEMON REFUGE has been slightly sped up.
* A monolith sigil will now prevent the initiation of DEMON REFUGE, but not the completion.

Curses
------
* Regular curses are now impacted less by clumsy. Curses influenced by SWIFTCURSE remain unchanged.

Emulation
---------
* The change to make SERVITOR ACT consume balance has been changed to a cooldown. It still requires balance, but no longer consumes it.

Spirituality
------------
* ANGEL REFUGE has been slightly sped up.
* A monolith sigil will now prevent the initiation of ANGEL REFUGE, but not the completion.

Talismans
---------
* Adjusted the ATLATL damage formula a little to provide some more survival leeway from stacking atlatls.

Weaponmastery
-------------
* (Sword and Shield): the shield portion of combination attacks will no longer rebound from magical shields in the case where you raze rebounding and a magical shield is present. There is far too much shield in this notation.
