This is a small patch aimed primarily at adjusting serpent now that its had plenty of time to provide us with data (during its brutal rampage over the despairing corpses of its myriad victims). We won't be looking at the lock side of things currently, as this seems mostly in line with expectations. The ginseng strategies are definitely overperforming, a large part being just how many different kill conditions feed into that cure tree, and consequently that is where we are aiming changes at.

Shadowmancy

* The mana drain at three and up of the core depthswalker afflictions for the RETRIBUTION capstone has been increased.
- Depthswalker is getting this as they will lose a little aff pressure from one of these changes, and I've been inclined for a while to make retribution a little better than it was after the last nerf to it overcorrected somewhat.

Venom
-----
* FRATRICIDE has been moved from a ginseng cure to a lobelia one.

Misc
----
* LETHARGY has been removed from the HYPOCHONDRIA list. The entire duration of the aff's tick cycle remains unchanged (so impatience comes in at the same time as previously).


Weaponmastery
------------
* (Sword and board): CLUB has had a very slight increase to the stun duration (you likely will not notice it). This was to fix an edge case where the stun could occasionally end a fraction too early and permit a writhe out of the impale where it was not intended to be possible.
