Some changes:
Excision
-------
* HELLSIGHT is now significantly less costly when used against a target you are CRUSADING against.
Pestilence
----------
* SACRIFICE now ticks multiple times (once for every 500 insects over 1000 consumed in the swarm). Each subsequent tick does less damage and no plague, but it should be a much more worthwhile AoE move now. Numbers may prove to be a little conservative, I'll keep an eye on it. It won't tick more than 3 extra times, so don't go and blow your entire insect stash on it.
Striking
--------
* All strikes that you wish to be balance free must now be INLINE. Delayed strike is dead.
