Updates

It is Sunday, the 26th of July, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Denizens in the Mnemosyne no longer gain immunity to stun, fear, and charm upon reaching a high enough level.

- Boss floors can no longer roll the 'Endless Wrath' affix that makes all mobs enrage.

- The battlerage CHARM affliction has been reworked. It now gives denizens a 20% chance to miss their attack (similar to the clumsy affliction) and reduces their damage dealt by 20% (similar to the weakness affliction). HELP BATTLERAGE has been updated to reflect this.

- Some context for the above change. Charm has long been considered an underwhelming battlerage affliction outside of niche scenarios, and has been a technical nightmare for us to support. This rework turns charm into a straightforward defensive option that stacks with other battlerage afflictions with the aim of giving it a clearer role in PvE combat.
