It is Thursday, the 13th of July, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Some bugs with momentum generation for dual blunt have been resolved.

- The members of the Knight Guild council may now RECUSE themselves from a guild motion to progress the voting. Note that this is not a decision you can take back - unlike supporting and opposing, you cannot reenter voting once you have recused yourself from the proceedings.
