It is Saturday, the 27th of May, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Roulette bets are now capped at 100000 sovereigns. This is a proactive decision, noone did anything before the speculation begins!

- Newbies now have an exception to pazuzu and stormfront style movement hinders.

- Clan housing can now be relocated between subdivions the same way as personal housing (must be done by the clan leader).
