Shallam is now in. It isn't fully finished in that there needs to be shops,
an inn, more mobiles added (Ashtan needs more too, of course). But, the
vast majority of the locations are in, and you'll find a couple mobiles there
too, such as Crazy Hakhim and the Prophet Averroes.
