The winner of today's CTF will receive the Ulgar Atlas. This is a statue
of the Ulgar, the father of the Trolls. Anyone touching the statue, who
is also a member of the winning city, will be given the starburst
defense. The statue also doubles endurance regeneration if you are in
the room with it.

The statue will remain with the winning city, until the next CTF, at
which time the Atlas will move to the winning city.

In addition to the statue gold prizes will be awarded to the top
winners.

1st Place: 1,000,000 gold
2nd Place: 500,000 gold
3rd Place: 250,000 gold
