Merentesh will now be selling almost all the artifacts, in a series of
shops off his clothing/gift box shop in Delos. The new HELP ARTIFACTS
file reflects this, although there are still a few artifacts that you
need to mail me for. In any case, you can safely go ahead and purchase
all of the old artifacts (the new ones, announced last month, aren't in
the shops yet) from there from now on. Thanks!
