Those who wish for stricter roleplay standards have won the referendum
by a massive margin: 206 to 58. So, expect some things to encourage
roleplaying and regulate ooc behavior. This probably won't happen for a
week though, as Aeyr and I are concentrating on bugs. It'll also be a
gradual process. We don't plan to change things overnight. Really, we
don't plan to make MASSIVE changes at all, but we would definitely like
to discourage some of the OOCness that regularly goes on. As always
though, roleplaying is still up to you guys. The only way there can be
some is if you do it.
