Blackwind has been downgraded insofar as it drains significantly more
willpower now and can't be done unless all your limbs are healed and you
aren't paralysed, webbed, etc.
Lifevision has also been downgraded in that it will now only tell you
if an illusion is an illusion 1/2 of the time rather than all of the
time. This is, I believe, an acceptable compromise between the
legitimate Serpent complaints about the ability, and the desire of the
Necromancers for it to be a nice ad useful ability.
