Hi folks!

This post might be a bit of a long one, but I'm writing to unveil a slew of quality-of-life changes and long-requested additions to Achaea thanks to the hard work and toil of Rhivona! Some of these have been previewed in the Achaea Discord but not all! Read on!

First and foremost, Artistry now includes Sculpting
- Figurines are held items and will require commodities to create (SCULPT to create base item, EMBELLISH to channel sessions)
- Sculptures and statues are furniture pieces that will not require commodities, but large sums of gold
1. A plinth can be purchased in Delos
2. You may place the plinth and REQUISITION a suitable material for it (both require the usual furniture permissions)
3. The command SCULPT turns the plinth with the material can be turned into an unrefined statue/sculptures (this also requires the usual furniture permissions)
4. Artistry sessions can be channeled to finish the work using EMBELLISH

Next up is some additions to descriptions:
- You can now DESCRIBE SELF <HAIR/BALD*, EYES, COMPLEXION, HEIGHT, BUILD> <text*>
- BALD does not require a text
- BALD will impact some emotes
- People can view this by LOOK <person> <HAIR, EYES, COMPLEXION, HEIGHT, BUILD>
- Note: text can only be a maximum of 75 characters and these must remain tasteful and lore-friendly.

Heraldry is next on the list with another fairly significant update:
- HE ARMS has been reworked to no longer be a mess of a command with 19 different parameters
- This change allows an herald to HE ARMS SET <field> <value> for each of these individual 19 fields, with sanity checks built in
- Furthermore, heralds can HE ARMS VIEW [modern] to see a table list of their current working draft (one draft per herald)
- Heralds can validate their working draft with HE ARMS VALIDATE to receive a bullet point list of problems with their draft
- HE ARMS PREVIEW [modern] has also been added, this will give you a preview of the finished product
- Both VALIDATE and PREVIEW will also warn you if the armiger already has arms, or if the arms your draft would create are already in use
- Note: PREVIEW will not work if the draft is in an invalid state
- HE ARMS REGISTER will no longer require the insanity of the 19 parameters and will instead use the values on your draft
- Note: REGISTER will fail if the draft has any errors or if the armiger already has registered arms
- HE ARMS BLAZON and HE ARMS FIND should continue to work as normal
- IMPORTANT NOTE: if there are issues with this command, HE ARMS_OLD is available to revert to the old flow

ORIGINs are now available to players to select your town or place of origin.
- These are restricted by age and race in many cases.
- This is an irreversible choice!!!
- The ORIGIN command has the syntax!

The following items now have an artefact variant in Delos: shipaxe (permanent, resetting), shipfitting toolbox (permanent, resetting), beverage trolley (permanent, resetting, and counts as all five beverage preparation items).

Those are the big ones, but there's more!

Many of the items on the list below were inspired by player submitted ideas and aim to solve pain points in various systems or simply add a bit of flair here and there. The first entry on the list is an important one, though, so please read it!

- It is no longer possible to send messages directly to Gods, unless they are a producer or an administrator. You will need to find a method of contacting them IC!
- The LAUGH emote is no longer based on gender.
- Restrictions for reincarnating into a satyr or a siren have been removed - this also includes character creation.
- AUCTIONHOUSE STATUS now also lists all the auctions you are the current highest bidder on.
- RENOWN SHOP WARES now has a reminder at the bottom stating how much renown you have accumulated.
- Bounties are now voided on failure.
- City tutors can now teach up to Mythical, provided you are a citizen.
- MAIL <letter> TO <person> RECORDED has been added, this will notify you when the letter or parcel is delivered. This will cost 5000 gold.
* Note: this will not notify you of the delivery if you are not online at the time it is delivered, nor if you cannot see the person (beds, phased, treacherous planes, anything that would typically block farsee)
- The heart emoticon <3 can now be used in say/tells to convey something lovingly.
- Customisation now allows for wearables to be marked with the flag "nosuppress", rendering it immune to the effects of the orb of suppression. This will cost 50 credits as per the typical request.
- The furniture repair artefact now allows up to three repairs a day (resets 24 hours after the first repair of that day), and adds 125 months rather than setting it to 125 months.
- SHIP INFO BRIEF has been added, which reports on the ship's current integrity.
- SHIP TRADE CARGO CAPACITY has been added and reports how much free space is left in your ship's cargo hold.
- AD RENEW has been added, allowing owners of an ad to pay 5000 gold to reset the listing time of their ad. You will also receive a notification the ad will be automatically purged 24 hours before it expires.
- Buried pots of gold are re-enabled after a particularly nasty leprechaun attempted to embezzle gold.
