Important: curing priority deadline

Hey everyone,

The serverside curing users among you (most of you I assume!) might remember that a while ago we put in the mass setting of priorities in one command as a means to reduce input going to the server from clientside systems while not impacting necessary functionality. This is a big deal to us, as phasing out as much unnecessary input as we can only improves the experience in large scale events (capture the flag, big raids, what have you). It's been long enough now that we feel it's time to move forward on this, so as of the serenade on this coming Saturday morning, player's will have a limit of 5 uses of the functionality under the CURING PRIORITY command per second (excluding swapping health or mana priority or viewing your set priorities). We feel this should be sufficient for all use cases when using the mass setting commands, though are of course open to feedback in the event that people have concerns. The goal is that if you're using the mass set commands for your bulk priority switches, you should notice no actual change.

We're aware this is a bit inconvenient, but it will be worth it long term. A significant amount of input taking place in team fights does consist of mass priority updates, so elimination of this will make a huge difference. You'll notice a warning message has already been put in - this will change to the block proper once the change goes live, but at the moment should serve as a way for you all to make sure your systems aren't running into it in the meantime.

Thank you for your understanding!
