Apparently I didn't post on the new marriage commands. They are
documented in HELP MARRIAGE. Briefly: You get engaged to someone, then must wait 24 Achaean months before you can get married. You can also get divorced, but it costs 10,000 gold, and will permanently be on your 'honours' description.
