It seems there's been a bit of confusion around clan housing lately. For those looking to create clan-owned buildings, or to further manage buildings transferred to clans, your clan will need room credits!
In addition to the previously-accessible methods of purchasing these directly for your clan from Delos, and through refunds by destroyed rooms, you may now use the CLAN DONATE verb to donate your personal room credits to any clan you are a member of.
NB: This is IRREVERSIBLE. This is a ONE-WAY TRANSACTION. This is a DONATION TO THE CLAN. All clan room credits are usable at the discretion of the clan owner. Donations will not be reversed due to personal conflicts, removal from clans, disagreements on how to use room credits, or the like.
