During this phase you will be able to endorse or censure reports along with a comment noting your reasoning. Note that the comment is the important part: this isn't a voting system and the endorse/censure only serves as a quick guide for us when browsing the relevant report. Good comments explain why something is a good (or bad!) idea. Try to avoid comments that just agree or disagree with a given report.

This phase will run until 0 gmt this coming Friday (the 18th of January), at which point we'll begin making decisions and implementation.
