Just a quick note for the democratic cities. It came to our attention during the Ashtan transition of power that it requires four supporters to replace a cityleader, even in a five seat government. This is a relic of the seven seat government where four was a majority, and we have now brought this into line for five seat governments. This means you still need four supporters to replace a cityleader under a seven seat government, and require three to replace a cityleader under a five seat government.
