We're pleased to announce the second batch of CLASSLEAD changes, the
details are as follows:

Devotion
--------
* CLEANSING will now strip Astralform or Blackwind before any other
defenses.
* PIETY now will cause a short movement delay for those who are
Astralformed or Blackwinded, similar to moving through rubble.

Harmonics
---------
* FUNERALMASS is now a solo timed instakill, similar to Behead.

Subterfuge
----------
* FLAY can now be used to strip a target's shield.

Tekura
------
* You may now UNBLOCK <block> to lower a specific block, e.g. UNBLOCK
EVB. Additionally, you may UNBLOCK ALL to lower all blocks.

Two Arts
--------
* IMPALE's balance time has been increased slightly.
* IMPALESLASH's balance time has been slowed slightly.

Venom
-----
* SHRUGGING is now a strippable defense. See AB VENOM SHRUGGING.
