I've just put in a couple of small changes to ships and seafaring, the
details are as follows:

FLEETSENSE now shows the date the ship was docked, if in a harbour.

We've also added two new ship artefacts:
- A zebrawood spidershot rack - 200cr
Generates 3 spidershot rounds per Achaean day.

- A driftwood cartographer's desk - 350cr
Holds up to 100 nautical maps.
