We're pleased to announce the release the first of our new miniskills
today - Ink Milling! Cardan has been hard at work bringing this design
to life over the past few months, and the results are looking amazing!

This miniskill will allow players to create their own inks, as well as a
slew of other advantageous abilities, such as increasing the speed of
inking tattoos, creating custom-dyed letters and posters, an additional
tattoo slot, and the ability to create and wear warpaint!

As I mentioned in opening, this is the first of three new miniskills,
the other two will be launched together in the next few months. One of
these is a "gathering" miniskill that will allow you to collect all of
the reagents needed for ink milling, and the mysterious third miniskill.
In the meantime, you will be able to purchase all of the necessary
ingredients from Jingo, located at Vinci's Tattoo Emporium in Delos!
