Hypnotic suggestions have had an overhaul as the result of our CLASSLEAD
suggestion system. The details are as follows:

Previously all suggestions would be wiped out when the suggested player
left the room - no longer! Unsealed suggestions will now disappear after
a short time period (currently 20 seconds*) after the last suggestion.
Once sealed, suggestions will be safe until the victim is snapped.

If you encounter any issues with this change, please file a BUG with as
much information as possible.
