As well as the usual bug squashing rampage, we've just added some new
features and changed some existing ones.

Of note were the following from the list on the Golden Dais:

- When denizens loyal to your organisation speak on the organisation
channel (ht, ct, ot, etc.), their comments will now show on the channel
history if your organisation has purchased history.

- Continuous tattoos such as moon and boar should no longer fade whilst
you are in the arena, unless you are dueling to the death.

- Metamorphosis users can now RELAX FLAME to release their summoned
flame without the need for belching.

- The DISMISS clan power can now be invested in positions. You can not
dismiss someone from a clan position invested with the DISMISS power
unless you are the clan leader.

- Devotion skills failing due to not enough devotion should now tell you
that is the reason they failed.

- You can now read HELP files during the prayer sequence.

- For those with the PIPELIST ability in Vision, there is a new
variation called PIPELIST2 (or PLIST2) that lists a more descriptive
name for the pipe.

- Party invitations can now be sent to people already in parties and
they will be notified that accepting the invitation will cause them to
leave their current party.

- You can use the MAP command whilst dead.

If you notice any problems with these changes, please file a BUG report
with as much relevant detail as possible.
