In anticipation of the upcoming Capture the Flag event, we have made
some minor changes to the way things work. The details of the changes
are as follows:

- Flags will now reset to a random room in 10 minutes if they are
unplanted.
- CTF [SCORES] will only show the area that the flag is in, not the
exact room.

We hope this makes things a little more balanced and enjoyable for all
competitors!
