The time for our semi-annual City-vs-City game of Capture The Flag
approaches! This next CTF shall be held on Saturday, September 5th at
11pm GMT. This corresponds to 4pm PDT, 7pm EDT, and in Sydney,
Australia, this would be 9am EST.

The champion in the last CTF was the city of Ashtan, who currently hold
the Effigy of Victory. Start your books now, bookies, as who will lay
claim to the Effigy next is anyone's guess.

The Garden shall sweeten the pot additionally for this CTF:

- 10 Mayan crowns shall go to the FIRST person to obtain a CTF flag.
- The top three scoring cities will win Mayan crowns in the amount of
their score divided by 1000, with rounding. Ashtan had a score of 14954
in the last CTF; if they scored the same this CTF, they would win 15
crowns. The crowns will go to the city's ruler.
