I've just fixed catapult traps on clouds thus: if you are catapulted out
of the clouds, any catapult in the room that you land in will not affect
you, since you are not coming from any direction for which a catapult
trap can be laid. Basically, you're coming from above, so a catapult
trap should not affect you any more so than if you landed while flying.

Note that this does not mean catapult traps do not work in clouds at
all. They do - from cloud room to cloud room, and from cloud room to
Sapience room. But once you land in a Sapience room from a cloud exit,
any traps in that room will not affect you.
