The Great Hunt, "Summer Slaughter" edition, has commenced! Once again,
we are giving away credit prizes to the top ten scoreholders at the end
of the Hunt, with a 500-credit grand prize to whosoever proves to be
First amongst the Hunters. Second place will receive 450 credits, third
will receive 400, and so on down the line to 50 credits for 10th place.
Furthermore, everyone who reaches a score of 100 in the Hunt will
receive 10 bound credits. And don't forget - this is a double XP
weekend, in effect for both questing and hunting. PK xp remains as
normal, and this is NOT a free PK event. Both the Hunt and the double xp
weekend are over at the end of the day Sunday GMT (Sunday 5pm PDT).

As a further note, the stampede of hunters and their mounts across
Sapience at the beginning of the Hunt caused some minor shaking and
shifting of the earth, revealing a number of separate, highly dangerous
caves across the realm. You will find them marked by the bones of those
who came before you, and heed well that warning - these caves are the
lairs of deadly beasts and denizens who will prove no weak match for
even the strongest of hunters. Yet, the potential rewards, while
temporary, may be worth the challenge to those foolhardy enough.
