The ‘Play Now’ button on the Achaea website now links to the Flash
Client instead of the Nexus Client. You can still reach Nexus via a link
on the Flash Client webpage, or just go to www.achaea.com/nexus/

I had to make this change for a couple of reasons. First, far more new
players have flash installed compared to Java. Thus we are able to
retain more players with the flash client compared to the Java client.
Second, we have been unable to find someone we can use to update our
java client and the latest iterations of Java have created some minor
bugs in Nexus.

Don’t think we are abandoning Nexus. I am working with another coder who
should be able to start offering some updates soon. For the time being,
we plan on maintaining both the Flash and Java clients.
