It has recently come to our attention that HELP PK RULES was not changed
following the announcement made in ANNOUNCE 2800. Please allow us to
apologise for any confusion that arose from this error.

Forest enemies in any forest or jungle location are treated in the same
manner that all other enemies on enemy property are treated. They are
not open-PK as was implied until recently in HELP PK RULES.

Please see ANNOUNCE 2800 and HELP PK CAUSE section 8 for more detail on
this policy.
