Announce News Post #2972

Defending mutually allied denizens

Written by: Maya, the Great Mother
Date: Friday, March 13th, 2009
Addressed to: Everyone

A clarification on Announce 2970: The policy as stated in Announce 2970
recognises that attacking other adventurers for the purpose of defending
denizens for established roleplay reasons (i.e. mutual and formal
organisational alliance) is legitimate. You cannot be issued for doing
this, unless you're abusing this policy in some way.

However, that does not mean you are absolved of IC consequences. Those
who you attack in defense of denizens who are organisationally allied to
you may now have legitimate reason to attack you back as well, or to
hire a Mark, as for any time you attack/kill someone. You are free from
being issued, but NOT from reasonable IC retribution.

Penned by My hand on the 12th of Mayan, in the year 503 AF.
